This elegant peaty single malt was matured in a mix of new locally assembled Oak Hogsheads as well as Ex-Bourbon and Ex-Sherry Casks. On the nose, there is rich vanilla, floral scents, caramel and fruity tones. Velvety smooth palate, toffee, light peat, minty, spicy with notes of honey. It has a well-balanced, creamy, bittersweet, peaty finish.
